How you access the web application will vary, depending on whether you used the application last year.

If you used the web application last year at the same school, log in using last year’s username and password. Do not set up a new account. If you forgot your username or password, use the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” features on the sign-in page.

If you used the web application last year but have changed schools, you will need to log in using last year’s username and password and then update your school information. If you’ve never used the web application, view this web demo and follow the instructions to set up access. Before you begin, you will need the following information:

Your school code (located at the top of this email)
2.
Your coordinator key (an alphanumeric access code you will need from your school’s AP coordinator; this is generated when your coordinator sets up access in the web application)
After successfully setting up your access, you’ll see a confirmation screen. The screen will display your teacher key, a unique alphanumeric access code that your students will need in order to access the web application.
You should give access information, including your school code and teacher key, to all your AP Studio Art students as soon as possible so they can set up their access and begin uploading images. For more information, visit this web demo.
