Think about a good game- it has certain elements that you’ll also find in our GAME program.
Freedom– to make your choices
Rules– to guide the play
Challenge- if its too easy, what’s the point

You Experiment.
That is what gameplay is about. You discover the rules as you play. And the rules are what make it a game! Here’s a key component to life:
(Be sure you have your earphones plugged in before watching the video below!
You can use the CIA’s earphones or plug in your own.)
This class is hard.
It takes real effort.
That’s what makes it fun.
Think about it. What makes something a game is that it’s hard! It’s easy to put a little ball in a hole in the ground. But make a guy stand really far away and hit the ball with a long stick, and then it’s hard. Then it’s a game.
Succeeding at our GAME requires you to be a self-starter and not be a quitter. Difficulty should be something you enjoy- like a well crafted game. Embrace a challenge and you’ll make it in here. Want easy, and you’ll fail. You don’t have to be perfect to win.
Quitting is the only real failure. Until then, you’re just practicing.
As we get your set up for the GAME, recruit, your responsibility is to read and listen carefully to learn about how our organization works. Its unique!
