As you gain experience you will improve your career path in the CIA, leveling up to more prestigious careers in pursuit of becoming a Design Super Agent.
On your journeys you will earn gold for your efforts in mastery of new skills.
While the level you gain won’t directly determine you grade it does affect your opportunities for greater success.
