This quick project introduces you to Photoshop’s ability to edit VIDEO! Many people do not know about this feature in Photoshop, but it has a complete video editor built in!

In the industry, you may find that you’ll need to create “bottom thirds” with Photoshop. This project teaches you how to do just that, but of course, there are many creative ways to use video in Photoshop!

You should already have the starter files downloaded and ready to go. If not get those now.

So Photoshop can also edit video. I don’t just mean it can create video files and play sample video in the background, but you can add effects, styles, and other layer tricks to video layers! Way Cool!

After downloading the necessary files, watch the videos 501- 503 for project 5 on ACATestPrep.com. You SHOULD take some notes throughout this project for continued reference throughout the semester. Again I would particularly encourage you to add new vocabulary and all keyboard shortcuts to your sketchbook notes.
